How to choose the right email marketing plan?

Monthly Plan: If you intend to email your eNewsletter, promotion or offers to your customers weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, this is a ideal and economical plan for you. The setup fee is one-time basis and you will be charged monthly for subscription fee. Pay-as-you-go Plan: If you email your promotion or offer to your customers only quarterly, annually or as-and-when when needs arise, this plan is more suitable for you as you do not need incur monthly subscription cost. However, there is a setup fee involved every time you sign up for this plan.

Which plan should I choose if I do not have fixed email list?

You may like to try the “pay-as-you-go” plan as you can pre-purchase the credits nearest to your maximum email size. You can always purchase additional credits at anytime if you run short of credits.

Why I received no response or conversion after my email blast?

There are many factors contributed to this, for example your subject title is not enticing enough to open for further reading, your email message went to the junk email box, offer sent to the wrong targeted market and etc. The most common problem is many clients purchased email mailing list from elsewhere instead of collecting the email list from their own customers. The recipients from the purchased email list did not know who was the sender and would immediately delete the email blast from their inbox. Some would even report the sender as spammer. Therefore it is important to get permission from your customers first before blasting them with any offers or promotion.

I want business now but I do not have a customer database?
